Breathing toxic air all over people is not cool. Bad breath can be super embarrassing. From time to time, everyone has bad breath. It is something we all worry about, and are quick to notice in others, but we have the tendency to forget about ourselves!

Get to know your tooth brush!
Brushing your teeth at least twice a day will help to keep bad breath away. It is best to spend 2-3 minutes brushing your teeth to ensure you get all the left over bits and pieces of your meal out. Correct and regular brushing is extremely important to keep your breath smelling fresh!
Floss, Floss, Floss your teeth!
Brushing alone won’t do the trick. Flossing will be able to remove those stubborn little food particles that seem to get trapped between your teeth. Oh yeah — if you leave them, they’ll turn stale and smelly… Hence, the bad breath.
Don’t forget to rinse your mouth out. Besides the obvious of freshening your breath, mouthwash adds extra protection by getting rid of the bacteria that causes bad breath. Kill the germs! P.S it’s also good practice to swish your mouth with water after you eat. It will help to get rid of food particles that may have got stuck.
Overall oral hygiene is important to keep up with. Regular visits to the dentist are highly encouraged!
