17 Jul Prepare your back for those summer road trips
Summer is the the season of road trips. From the cottage to the beach to cross country, this is the time to do it. You’ve planned your dates, booked accommodations, gathered your people and hit the road. Give it a couple hours before you begin to stir, restless and, quite possibly, a bit stiff. Riding or driving a car forces you to be pretty sedentary, so of course road trips are going to cause certain things to ache over time. Dr. Lemieux of Physiomed Oakville is here to demonstrate simple exercises to alleviate pain and some tools and techniques you can use to avoid a painful summer.
