Your feet gets you places.  The average person takes anywhere between 5000 to 10,000 steps each day.  So why wouldn’t you want to take care of them?

Our friends at Physiomed have a number of patients, new and regulars that come to them with a range of foot problems ranging from acute conditions to bigger issues that could leads to chronic foot pain.  Such conditions could include tendonitis, heel spurs and bunions.
